  • 1. Gazirano vodo ohladite na 2 do 4°C. Naj ostane hladna; tako se ohrani karbonacija in končna pijača dobi napeto, čisto strukturo.

  • 2. V posodi za mešanje združite citronsko kislino, naravne arome, kofein, sukralozo, acesulfam kalij, natrijev citrat, konzervanse in barvilo. Mešajte le toliko časa, da se vse popolnoma razprši in je zmes enakomerna, 30 do 45 sekund.

  • 3. Med minimalnim mešanjem v tankem curku dodajte gazirano vodo. Delajte premišljeno, da zadržite plin; tekočina mora ostati živahna in fino peneča.

  • 4. Takoj prelijte v pločevinko ali steklenico, pri čemer pustite čim manj praznega prostora. Takoj zaprite. Končna pijača mora biti bistra do rahlo obarvana, izrazito aromatična in živahna na nebu.

  • 5. Do postrežbe hranite v hladilniku. Tekstura mora biti hrustljavo sveža, s čistim citrusnim začetkom in suhim, osredotočenim zaključkom.
