Uvod

  • 1. Na servirni krožnik ali stojalo za torto položite eno švedsko palačinko. Po površini razporedite tanko, enakomerno plast stepene smetane, pri tem pa pustite ozek rob 5 mm. Plast mora biti gladka in voljna, ne pa tako debela, da bi drsela.


  • 2. Dodajte drugo palačinko in ponovite s stepeno smetano. Nadaljujte s plastenjem na ta način, dokler ne porabite vseh palačink, pri čemer stepeno smetano enakomerno razdelite, da kup ostane raven in stabilen.


  • 3. Ko je zadnja palačinka na mestu, preostalo stepeno smetano razporedite po vrhu v čisti, enakomerni plasti. Površina mora biti gladka in rahlo kupolasta, robovi pa lepo zadržani.


  • 4. Po vrhu nadevajte jagodni nadev in ga nežno razporedite v enakomerno plast. Zaključite tako, da po površini v zadržanem vzorcu nanesete pikice ali tanko razporedite marmelado iz brusnic, tako da oba sadna elementa ostaneta vidna in razločna.


  • 5. Sestavljeno tårto hladite 15 minut, če želite čvrstejšo rezino. Torta mora biti na sredini čvrsta in pri rezanju ohraniti plasti, ne da bi se stisnila.
