  • Postupak


  • 1. Stavite tiganj od 24 cm na srednju temperaturu i ostavite da se zagreva 2 minuta. Tiganj treba da bude ravnomerno zagrejan, ali ne da dimi.

  • 2. Dodajte 15 g putera i pustite da se potpuno otopi, tako da tanko i ravnomerno obloži dno tiganja. Puter treba blago da zapeni, bez jakog tamnjenja.

  • 3. Kašikom sipajte 220 g smese za palačinke tako da formirate palačinke ujednačene debljine. Držite smesu pod kontrolom i ostavite razmak između porcija ako pečete više od jedne odjednom.

  • 4. Pecite 2 do 3 minuta sa prve strane, dok se površina ne stegne po ivicama i dok se ne pojave mali mehurići koji počinju da ostaju vidljivi. Donja strana treba da bude bledo zlatna.

  • 5. Pažljivo okrenite palačinke i pecite 1 do 2 minuta sa druge strane, dok se sredina blago ne vraća na dodir i boja ne postane ravnomerno zlatna.

  • 7. Neposredno pre serviranja kašikom prelijte 25 g javorovog sirupa preko palačinki, tako da glazira površinu bez preteranog natapanja.
