  • 150 g mešanog bobičastog voća


  • Postupak


  • 1. Stavite bobičasto voće u malu šerpu sa debelim dnom na srednju temperaturu. Zagrevajte 2 minuta, mešajući jednom ili dva puta, dok voće ne počne da se sija i pušta malu količinu soka.

  • 2. Nastavite da kuvate 4 do 6 minuta, mešajući nežno i povremeno, dok voće ne omekša, a sokovi se ne redukuju u lagan, sjajan sirup. Neke bobice treba da ostanu cele; kompot ne treba da se raspadne u pire.

  • 3. Ako želite glađu završnicu, propasirajte kompot kroz fino sito dok je još topao, pritiskajući sasvim blago, tek toliko da se oslobode voćni sokovi. Za rustičniju činiju, ostavite ga takvog kakav jeste.

  • 4. Odmah prebacite u činiju i ostavite da se hladi 5 minuta. Kompot treba da se slegne do konzistencije koja može da se zahvata kašikom, sa mekanim voćem i blago zgusnutim sirupom.
