Uvodna napomena


Ovo je bistra, uravnotežena limunada osmišljena za serviranje iz boce: svetla, čista i odmerena, a ne agresivno slatka. Limun je prisutan od prvog gutljaja do završnice, uz dovoljno šećera da zaokruži kiselost bez njenog prigušivanja. Pravilno ohlađena, treba da se pije sa oštrom svežinom i glatkim, uglađenim telom.

  • Voda, 360 g

  • Šećer, 130 g

  • Koncentrat limunovog soka, 10 g

  • Postupak


  • 1. Pomešajte vodu i šećer u maloj šerpi. Stavite na srednju temperaturu i mešajte ravnomerno 3 do 4 minuta, samo dok se šećer potpuno ne rastvori i tečnost ne postane bistra. Ne dozvolite da provri.

  • 2. Sklonite sa vatre i ostavite sirup da se hladi 5 minuta. Treba da ostane topao, ne vruć, pre nego što dodate citrus.

  • 3. Umešajte koncentrat limunovog soka i prirodnu aromu dok se potpuno ne sjedine. Tečnost treba jasno da miriše na limun i da ima čist, sladak i izraženo kiseo ukus.

  • 4. Procedite limunadu kroz fino sito u čistu posudu za mešanje, a zatim je pomoću levka sipajte u bocu. Odmah zatvorite i hladite dok se potpuno ne ohladi, najmanje 2 sata.

    Poslužite dobro ohlađeno u čistoj čaši ili direktno iz boce. Gotova limunada treba da bude bleda, svetla i potpuno glatka, bez taloga i sa oštrom, osvežavajućom završnicom.
