  • Pahuljice od krompira, 15 g

  • Priprema



  • 1. Zagrejte rernu na 180°C i obložite pleh papirom za pečenje.


  • 2. U posudi za mešanje sjedinite pahuljice od krompira, kukuruzno brašno i so i začine. Dobro promešajte tako da začini budu ravnomerno raspoređeni i da ne ostanu blede pruge.


  • 3. Dodajte biljno ulje i utrljajte ga u suvu mešavinu dok ne počne da liči na fine, ravnomerno navlažene mrvice. Mešavina treba da se drži zajedno kada se pritisne, bez masnog izgleda.


  • 4. Skupite mešavinu u kompaktnu masu. Ako pruža otpor, čvrsto je pritiskajte umesto da je mesite; cilj je glatko, povezano testo, a ne elastičnost.


  • 5. Razvucite testo između dva lista papira za pečenje na debljinu od 2 mm. Isecite na krugove od 6 cm i prebacite ih na pripremljen pleh, ostavljajući mali razmak između svakog komada.


  • 6. Pecite 10 do 12 minuta, okrećući pleh jednom na polovini pečenja, dok krugovi ne postanu ravnomerno zlatni po ivicama i pečeni kroz sredinu. Treba da deluju suvo i lomljivo, sa čvrstim pucketanjem kada se podignu.


  • 7. Prebacite hrskave kolutiće na žičanu rešetku i ostavite 5 minuta da se potpuno prosuše i dostignu punu lomljivost dok se hlade.

    Rasporedite hrskave kolutiće u malu, kontrolisanu gomilicu ili plitki lepezasti raspored, bez preklapanja koje bi omekšalo površinu. Poslužite odmah, kada je tekstura najpreciznija: lagana, hrskava i čisto začinjena.
