  • Postupak



  • 1. Lagano zagrejte palačinke u suvom tiganju na tihoj vatri 20 do 30 sekundi sa svake strane, samo dok ne postanu gipke i ravnomerno tople. Treba da ostanu meke, bez hrskavih ivica.


  • 2. U isti tiganj dodajte puter i ostavite da se istopi na tihoj vatri. Zavrte tiganj da se dno ravnomerno obloži, pa sklonite tiganj sa vatre.


  • 3. Položite palačinke ravno i ravnomerno rasporedite jagode među njima. Kašikom nanesite šlag preko voća u glatkoj, kontrolisanoj liniji, a ne u neurednoj gomilici.


  • 4. Presavijte svaku palačinku u urednu četvrtinu ili je lagano urolajte, tako da fil ostane vidljiv i oblik čist. Palačinka treba da drži formu bez cepanja, a šlag treba da ostane jasno odvojen.


  • 5. Kratko zagrejte sos od bobičastog voća u maloj šerpi na tihoj vatri 1 do 2 minuta, samo dok ne postane tečan i sjajan. Treba da se sipa glatko, bez ključanja.


  • 6. Kašikom rasporedite sos od bobičastog voća oko palačinki i lagano preko njih, pa završite ravnomernim posipanjem šećera u prahu.
