  • Priprema



  • 1. Stavite kompot od mešanog bobičastog voća u malu šerpu na tihu vatru i lagano zagrevajte 2 do 3 minuta, samo dok ne postane ređi i sjajan. Treba da bude vruć, ali ne da ključa, a bobice treba da zadrže svoj oblik.


  • 2. Stavite tiganj sa nelepljivim premazom od 24 cm na srednju temperaturu. Dodajte puter i pustite da se potpuno otopi, zatim da blago zapeni i počne da miriše orašasto, bez tamnjenja.


  • 3. Dodajte palačinke u tiganj i zagrevajte 1 do 2 minuta sa svake strane, okrećući jednom. Površina treba da postane blago hrskava po ivicama i ravnomerno zagrejana, sa bledo zlatnom završnicom.


  • 4. Prebacite palačinke na topao tanjir za serviranje. Kašikom stavite vruć kompot od bobičastog voća preko jedne strane, dopuštajući da se manja količina prirodno razlije preko površine.


  • 5. Stavite umućenu pavlaku pored ili preko palačinki u urednoj, kontrolisanoj gomilici. Ravnomerno pospite šećerom u prahu neposredno pre serviranja.
