  • 3. 当酱汁以薄而均匀的一层附着在肉丸表面,且肉丸中心已热透时,立即离火。

    将肉丸整齐摆放在温热的盘中,把奶油酱舀在肉丸上方及周围,形成一圈克制的酱汁。最终呈现应当紧凑利落,让酱汁起到衬托肉丸的作用,而不是将其完全掩盖。
