  • Majstortillaer, 90 g

  • Krydret kødfyld, 120 g

  • Salat, fint strimlet, 20 g

  • Tomat, fint ternet, 20 g

  • Fremgangsmåde


  • 1. Varm en stegepande eller stegeplade op ved middel varme. Varm majstortillaerne i 20 til 30 sekunder på hver side, kun indtil de er smidige og let aromatiske. Hold dem varme og bøjelige; de skal kunne bøjes uden at revne.

  • 2. Varm det krydrede kødfyld i en lille sauterpande ved middel varme i 3 til 4 minutter, og rør én eller to gange, indtil det er gennemvarmt og let glinsende. Fyldet skal være fugtigt, samlet og dampende, ikke vådt.

  • 3. Læg tortillaerne på en varm serveringstallerken. Fordel kødfyldet jævnt imellem dem, og hold portionen centreret, så tacoerne bevarer formen.

  • 4. Top med salat, derefter tomat og derefter ost. Afslut med salsa, og fordel den jævnt, så den krydrer uden at oversvømme tortillaen.

  • 5. Fold og servér straks. De færdige tacos skal være varme, afbalancerede og pænt opbyggede, med tortillaen stadig mør og fyldet tydeligt adskilt.
