  • Fremgangsmåde


  • 1. Dup kyllingebrystet tørt. Krydr det kun let, hvis din basisingrediens allerede er krydret; ellers lad det være neutralt. Opvarm en tykbundet stegepande ved middelhøj varme, og steg kyllingebrystet i 5 til 6 minutter på den første side, derefter 4 til 5 minutter på den anden, indtil overfladen er dybt gylden, og centrum når 74°C. Læg det over på et bræt og lad det hvile i 5 minutter; kødet skal forblive saftigt og fast, ikke tørt.

  • 2. Mens kyllingen hviler, kom den græske yoghurt i en lille skål og pisk den, til den er glat og løs nok til at dække salaten let.

  • 3. Trim og skær romaine-salaten i mundrette stykker. Skær avocadoen i pæne skiver. Smuldr fetaen fint nok til, at den fordeler sig jævnt uden at dominere bowlen.

  • 4. Skær den hvilede kylling på tværs af fibrene i ensartede stykker. Snitfladen skal være fugtig uden gennemsigtigt centrum.

  • 5. Anret salaten i en serveringsskål: læg romaine-salaten som bund, anbring avocadoen ved siden af, tilsæt den skårne kylling, og drys derefter feta, croutoner og græskarkerner over toppen. Fordel yoghurtdressingen over salaten i en tynd, kontrolleret stribe eller i små klatter frem for at dække det hele.
