Einfache Kartoffel-Gemüse-Pfanne

Eine rustikale Kartoffel-Gemüse-Pfanne aus der Pfanne mit Kartoffeln, Karotten und Zwiebeln, einfach mit Salz und schwarzem Pfeffer gewürzt. Sie ist eine unkomplizierte herzhafte Beilage oder leichte Mahlzeit.

Zutaten


  • Kartoffeln 180 g

  • Karotten 70 g

  • Zwiebeln 50 g

  • Pflanzenöl 15 g

  • Salz 3 g

  • Schwarzer Pfeffer 2 g


  • Gesamt: 320 g

    Zubereitung


  • 1. Die Kartoffeln und Karotten schälen und in kleine, gleichmäßige Würfel schneiden. Die Zwiebeln in dünne Scheiben schneiden.

  • 2. Das Pflanzenöl in einer Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze erhitzen.

  • 3. Die Zwiebeln hinzufügen und 2 bis 3 Minuten garen, bis sie weich sind.

  • 4. Kartoffeln und Karotten hinzufügen, dann mit Salz und schwarzem Pfeffer würzen.

  • 5. Unter gelegentlichem Rühren 15 bis 20 Minuten garen, bis das Gemüse weich und leicht gebräunt ist.

  • 6. Heiß servieren.
