  • Gajos de mandarina: 40 g

  • 1. Coloca el yogur natural en un bol pequeño y remueve suavemente durante 10 a 15 segundos, solo hasta que quede liso y untuoso. La textura debe seguir siendo espesa y apta para comer con cuchara, sin separación visible.

  • 2. Dispón los gajos de mandarina sobre el yogur en una sola capa o en un grupo discreto, manteniendo la fruta intacta. El plato debe quedar limpio en los bordes, con el cítrico claramente asentado en la superficie.

  • 3. Sirve de inmediato mientras el yogur esté frío y los gajos de mandarina estén firmes y brillantes.
