Trozos de filete de pechuga de pollo simples

  • Instrucciones
  • 1. Seque los trozos de filete de pechuga de pollo con papel de cocina.

  • 2. Recorte el exceso de grasa o tejido conectivo si es necesario.

  • 3. Córtelos en trozos si aún no están porcionados.

  • 4. Cocínelos completamente con el método que prefiera hasta que el pollo deje de estar rosado y la temperatura interna alcance 75 °C.

  • 5. Déjelos reposar brevemente antes de servirlos o usarlos en otra receta.
