  • Postupak


  • 1. Stavite kuhanu bijelu rižu u mali lončić s 10 g vode, ako je potrebno da se malo rastrese. Zagrijavajte na laganoj vatri 3 do 4 minute, jednom ili dvaput promiješajte, dok zrna ne budu vruća, odvojena i podatna. Maknite s vatre i držite poklopljeno.


  • 2. Stavite tavu za pirjanje na srednju vatru i dodajte ulje. Dodajte luk i kuhajte 2 minute, stalno miješajući, dok ne postane proziran i blago sladak, ali bez boje.


  • 3. Dodajte gljive i kuhajte 4 do 5 minuta, dopuštajući im da puste vlagu, a zatim da dobiju lagano zlatni rub. Tava treba mirisati čisto i zemljano, a gljive trebaju biti mekane, bez sirove čvrstoće.


  • 4. Dodajte kuhanu pileću prsnu filetu i promiješajte 1 minutu, tek toliko da se zagrije bez stezanja mesa. Piletina treba ostati sočna i svijetla, bez suhe površine.

  • 6. Umiješajte mladi luk i odmah maknite s vatre. Kušajte ravnotežu umaka i provjerite da završna tekstura bude svilenkasta i lagano prianjajuća.
