  • 170 g dada ayam, tanpa kulit dan tanpa tulang


  • Metode


  • 1. Panaskan oven hingga 220°C. Lapisi loyang panggang kecil jika perlu agar penanganannya tetap rapi.

  • 2. Tepuk-tepuk dada ayam hingga benar-benar kering dengan tisu dapur. Bentuk agar ketebalannya merata supaya matang secara seragam.

  • 3. Letakkan ayam di dalam loyang lalu panggang selama 16 hingga 18 menit, tergantung ketebalannya. Permukaannya harus berubah menjadi warna keemasan muda, dan bagian paling tebal harus menunjukkan suhu 74°C di bagian tengah.

  • 4. Keluarkan ayam dari oven dan diamkan di atas talenan selama 5 menit. Dagingnya akan rileks dan tetap juicy saat diiris.

  • 5. Iris rapi melawan serat dan segera sajikan.

    Susun irisan ayam dalam satu garis rapi atau sedikit saling tumpang tindih di atas piring hangat. Sajikan dengan permukaan yang kecokelatan menghadap ke atas dan sisi potong terlihat, agar bagian dalamnya tampak lembap dan bertekstur halus.
