  • Metode


  • 1. Letakkan wajan berat atau griddle di atas api sedang dan biarkan memanas selama 2 menit. Permukaannya harus cukup panas untuk memanggang roti secara stabil tanpa membuatnya gosong.

  • 2. Olesi kedua sisi roti secara merata dengan minyak zaitun, gunakan seluruh 8 g. Roti harus terlapisi tipis, bukan sampai jenuh.

  • 3. Letakkan roti di wajan panas dan panggang selama 2 hingga 3 menit per sisi, balik sekali, sampai permukaannya berwarna keemasan tua dengan kecokelatan halus yang merata dan remahnya renyah di bagian tepi.

  • 4. Angkat roti panggang dari panas dan segera oleskan Smör di atas permukaan yang panas. Gunakan seluruh 22 g dan bekerja cepat agar meleleh menjadi lapisan mengilap yang merata sambil menjaga roti panggang tetap utuh.

  • 5. Diamkan roti panggang selama 30 detik agar Smör meresap ke dalam roti tanpa kehilangan kilaunya. Sajikan saat bagian luarnya masih renyah dan bagian tengahnya hangat.
