  • 150 g buah beri campur


  • Metode


  • 1. Masukkan buah beri ke dalam panci kecil berdasar tebal di atas api sedang. Hangatkan selama 2 menit, aduk sekali atau dua kali, hingga buah beri mulai tampak mengilap dan mengeluarkan sedikit sari.

  • 2. Lanjutkan memasak selama 4 hingga 6 menit, aduk perlahan sesekali, hingga buah melunak dan sarinya menyusut menjadi sirup ringan yang mengilap. Sebagian buah beri harus tetap utuh; kompot tidak boleh hancur menjadi purée.

  • 3. Jika menginginkan hasil akhir yang lebih halus, saring kompot melalui saringan halus saat masih hangat, tekan ringan secukupnya untuk mengeluarkan sari buah. Untuk hasil yang lebih rustic, biarkan apa adanya.

  • 4. Segera pindahkan ke mangkuk dan biarkan mendingin selama 5 menit. Kompot harus mengental menjadi konsistensi yang bisa disendok, dengan buah yang empuk dan sirup yang sedikit mengental.

    Sendokkan kompot ke dalam mangkuk ceper membentuk genangan rapi, biarkan buah tersusun alami alih-alih ditumpuk. Sajikan hangat atau dingin, sesuai hasil akhir yang diinginkan, dengan sirup terdistribusi merata di sekitar buah beri.
