  • Metode


  • 1. Tuang 500 g air ke dalam panci kecil dan tambahkan gula. Letakkan di atas api sedang dan aduk selama 2 hingga 3 menit, hanya sampai gula larut sepenuhnya dan cairannya jernih. Jangan sampai mendidih.

  • 2. Angkat dari api dan kocok asam sitrat hingga larut sepenuhnya. Cairannya harus terasa asam yang bersih, tanpa butiran.

  • 3. Tambahkan perisa alami dan kocok sebentar agar tersebar merata.

  • 4. Tambahkan sisa 186 g air dan kocok untuk sedikit mendinginkan campuran. Cairannya harus seragam dan transparan.

  • 5. Tambahkan premiks vitamin dan mineral lalu kocok hingga tercampur sepenuhnya. Saring minuman melalui saringan halus ke dalam teko atau botol jika masih ada partikel yang belum larut.

  • 6. Dinginkan setidaknya 2 jam sebelum disajikan. Minuman jadi harus dingin, cerah, dan sedikit manis, dengan akhir rasa asam yang tegas.
