  • Cara membuat


  • 1. Panaskan oven terlebih dahulu hingga 180°C. Letakkan pinggan tahan oven kecil di atas loyang panggang agar panasnya merata dan tetap mudah ditangani.

  • 2. Masukkan 100 g keju ke dalam pinggan dalam lapisan yang rata. Jika kejunya berupa satu blok utuh, letakkan di tengah pinggan; jika sudah diparut, sebarkan secara merata tanpa dipadatkan.

  • 3. Panggang selama 6 hingga 8 menit, sampai keju benar-benar lunak, mengilap, dan mulai mengendap di bagian tepi. Permukaannya harus tampak meleleh, bukan kering, dan bagian tengahnya harus lunak tanpa hambatan.

  • 4. Keluarkan dari oven dan diamkan selama 1 menit. Ini memungkinkan keju sedikit stabil sambil tetap cair dan hangat di seluruh bagian.
