Una semplice insalata di frutta mista preparata con arancia, kiwi e mela. È preferibile servirla fredda e consumarla fresca.

  • Arancia, sbucciata e divisa in spicchi: 360 g

  • Kiwi, sbucciato e affettato: 320 g

  • Mela, privata del torsolo e tagliata a dadini: 330 g

  • 1. Lava accuratamente tutta la frutta.

  • 2. Sbuccia l'arancia e dividila in spicchi.

  • 3. Sbuccia il kiwi e affettalo.

  • 4. Togli il torsolo alla mela e tagliala a dadini in pezzi da boccone.

  • 5. Unisci tutta la frutta in una ciotola e mescola delicatamente.

  • 6. Servi subito, oppure fai raffreddare brevemente prima di servire.
