Macedonia di frutta

Una semplice macedonia di frutta fresca preparata con arancia, mela e kiwi. È ideale da servire fredda come spuntino leggero, colazione o dessert.

Ingredienti


  • Arancia, sbucciata e divisa in spicchi: 300 g

  • Mela, privata del torsolo e tagliata a dadini: 300 g

  • Kiwi, sbucciato e affettato: 300 g


  • Peso totale: 900 g

    Istruzioni


  • 1. Prepara l'arancia sbucciandola e separandola in spicchi.

  • 2. Elimina il torsolo della mela e tagliala in pezzi da boccone.

  • 3. Sbuccia il kiwi e affettalo o taglialo a dadini.

  • 4. Unisci tutta la frutta in una ciotola e mescola delicatamente.

  • 5. Servi subito, oppure fai raffreddare brevemente prima di servire.
