Terrina in gelatina di vitello

Una gelatina salata fredda a base di frattaglie e carne di vitello, rassodata in brodo con condimenti. Assomiglia molto a una classica gelatina di vitello o a una terrina di carne.

  • Frattaglie e carne di vitello: 110 g

  • Gelatina/brodo: 35 g

  • Condimenti: 5 g


  • Totale: 150 g

    Istruzioni


  • 1. Scalda delicatamente il composto di gelatina/brodo finché non è completamente sciolto e omogeneo.

  • 2. Unisci le frattaglie e la carne di vitello, sminuzzandole oppure lasciandole in piccoli pezzi, a piacere.

  • 3. Condisci in modo uniforme con i 5 g di condimenti.

  • 4. Versa in un piccolo stampo o recipiente e premi leggermente per eliminare le bolle d'aria.

  • 5. Metti in frigorifero finché non è completamente rassodato, per almeno 2-4 ore.

  • 6. Sforma oppure affetta e servi freddo.
