  • 1. Ad fervorem lene constantem adduc 240 g aquae in parvo cacabo. Adde 80 g avenae et coque super ignem lenem per 6 ad 8 minuta, saepe movens, donec avena tenera et cremosa sit sed adhuc levem texturam singularem retineat. Mixtura satis fluida esse debet ut cochleari sumatur, non densa.


  • 2. Dum avena coquitur, aquam in medio cacabo ad ebullitionem adduc. Adde 140 g broccoli et coque per 2 ad 3 minuta, donec viridis clarus sit et ad caulem modo tener. Statim cola et calidum serva. Inflorescentiae integrae et leviter crocantes manere debent.


  • 3. In separato vase aquae ferventis lenis, coque 100 g ova per 6 minuta ad vitellum molle, vel 7 minuta ad medium paulo firmius. Statim transfer in aquam frigidam per 1 minutum, deinde diligenter decortica. Albumina cocta esse debent et vitelli molles.


  • 4. Avenam in catinum ad serviendum infunde et in basim levem compone. Broccoli super unam partem catini dispone, inflorescentiis distinctis servatis.


  • 5. Ova supra vel paulum extra medium pone, deinde adde 100 g iogurti in acervo nitido vel leni stagno iuxta avenam. Statim servi dum avena calida est et iogurtum frigidum manet.
