  • 4. Adde allium et coque per 20 secundas, tantum donec aromaticum fiat. Adde fungum et micam salis reliqui. Coque per 4 ad 5 minuta, interdum movens, donec fungi humorem suum emiserint et marginem aureum capere incipiant.

  • 5. Infunde cremorem crassum et ad lenem bullitionem perduc. Coque per 2 ad 3 minuta, movens, donec ius leviter tergum cochlearis obtegat et consistentiam mollem nitidamque habeat. Condi reliquo sale et pipere nigro.

  • 6. Pullum et quoslibet sucos quietis in patellam restitue. Ius super pullum cochleari infunde et leniter fervere sine per 1 minutum, tantum donec pullus penitus calidus sit et ius in strato levi adhaereat. Pullus succosus manere debet et in medio omnino opacus.
