  • 1. Letakkan cip coklat putih di dalam mangkuk tahan haba yang diletakkan di atas periuk berisi air yang hampir mendidih perlahan. Kacau perlahan-lahan dan berterusan selama 3 hingga 5 minit, sehingga coklat cair sepenuhnya dan licin, tanpa butiran yang kelihatan atau ketulan yang belum cair. Teksturnya hendaklah berkilat dan mengalir, bukan panas.


  • 2. Alihkan mangkuk daripada haba dan biarkan coklat berehat selama 2 minit, sambil dikacau sekali atau dua kali. Ia hendaklah masih boleh dituang tetapi mula memekat sedikit di bahagian tepi.


  • 3. Bahagikan coklat cair sama rata ke dalam 4 gelas hidangan kecil atau ramekin, menggunakan 45 g bagi setiap hidangan. Ratakan permukaan dengan belakang sudu supaya setiap hidangan mendap dengan kemasan yang bersih dan rata.


  • 4. Sejukkan selama 45 hingga 60 minit, sehingga permukaannya mengeras dan bahagian dalamnya cukup pejal untuk mengekalkan bentuk sambil kekal lembut di lidah.
