Melkpap

Een eenvoudige pap op basis van melk, gemaakt door koemelk in te koken tot deze licht indikt. Omdat alleen melk is vermeld, is de meest waarschijnlijke overeenkomst een eenvoudige melkpap of een ingedikt melkgerecht.

Ingrediënten


  • Koemelk: 1000 g


  • Instructies


  • 1. Giet de melk in een pan met dikke bodem.

  • 2. Verhit op middellaag tot laag vuur en roer af en toe om aanbranden te voorkomen.

  • 3. Laat zachtjes sudderen tot de melk licht is ingedikt en de gewenste consistentie heeft bereikt.

  • 4. Haal van het vuur en serveer warm.
