Eenvoudige roerei

Een eenvoudig eiergerecht dat wordt gemaakt door losgeklopte eieren zachtjes te garen tot ze net gestold zijn. Op basis van de voedingswaarde en het totale gewicht lijkt dit een eenvoudige eierbereiding zonder toegevoegde ingrediënten.

  • Hele eieren: 150 g


  • Instructies


  • 1. Breek de eieren in een kom.

  • 2. Klop ze los tot de dooiers en eiwitten volledig gemengd zijn.

  • 3. Bak in een pan met antiaanbaklaag op laag tot middellaag vuur, terwijl je voorzichtig roert, tot de eieren net gestold zijn.

  • 4. Haal van het vuur zodra de eieren de door jou gewenste textuur hebben.
