  • 20 g mlečnih proteinov

  • 10 g kolagenskega hidrolizata

  • 10 g sladil (mešanica maltitola/sukraloze)

  • Postopek


  • 1. Ozek model za ploščice po potrebi obložite s papirjem za peko. Model naj sprejme končno ploščico teže 55 g s kompaktno, enakomerno obliko.


  • 2. V majhni posodi zmešajte mlečne proteine, kolagenski hidrolizat, sladila, glicerol, olje palmovih jedrc, naravno aromo in sol. Z lopatico mešajte 2 do 3 minute, da nastane gosta, gladka pasta. Masa mora biti voljna, rahlo sijoča in brez suhih delov.


  • 3. Na koncu vmešajte sojine hrustljavčke in mešajte le toliko, da se enakomerno porazdelijo, približno 20 sekund. Zmes se mora držati skupaj, ne da bi se hrustljavčki zdrobili.


  • 4. Zmes trdno vtisnite v pripravljen model in jo stisnite v čvrsto ploščico. Površino poravnajte z lopatico in hladite 10 minut, da se površina učvrsti in je mogoče ploščico čisto vzeti iz modela.
