  • Postopek



  • 1. V kozici zmešajte vodo, rjavi sladkor, cimet in kardamom. Postavite na srednji ogenj in mešajte le toliko, da se sladkor raztopi in se tekočina začne pariti, približno 2 minuti. Začimbe morajo dišati toplo in čisto, ne popečeno.


  • 2. Dodajte krhlje hruške in jabolka, kolikor je mogoče v eni plasti. Tekočino nežno zavrite, nato zmanjšajte ogenj na nizkega. Ohlapno pokrijte in kuhajte 8 do 10 minut, sadje pa enkrat obrnite na polovici časa. Sadje mora postati mehko ob robovih, pri tem pa ohraniti obliko.

  • 4. Sadje previdno prenesite na servirni krožnik ali v plitvo skledico. Toplo začinjeno glazuro prelijte čez sadje in takoj postrezite.
