Pražena rumena bučka in čebula

Preprosta zelenjavna priloga iz mehke rumene bučke in sladke čebule, prepraženih na oljčnem olju ter začinjenih s soljo in črnim poprom. Je lahka, slana in se odlično poda k mesu z žara, rižu ali testeninam.

  • 1. Rumeno bučko in čebulo narežite na enakomerne kose.

  • 2. V ponvi na srednji temperaturi segrejte oljčno olje.

  • 3. Dodajte čebulo in kuhajte 2 do 3 minute, da se zmehča.

  • 4. Dodajte rumeno bučko, sol in črni poper.
