  • Postopek


  • 1. Po potrebi model ali vdolbino za ploščico obložite s papirjem za peko in jo postavite na majhen pladenj. Delovna površina naj bo suha; vlaga bo zmanjšala kakovost končne teksture.

  • 2. V skledi zmešajte mešanico mlečnih beljakovin, topne koruzne vlaknine, izomalto-oligosaharide, sesekljane mandlje, morsko sol in sladila. Temeljito premešajte, da se suhe sestavine enakomerno porazdelijo in mandlji niso sprijeti.

  • 3. Kakavovo maslo in sončnično olje dajte v majhno kozico na zelo nizek ogenj. Segrevajte le toliko časa, da se kakavovo maslo popolnoma stopi in je zmes bistra, približno 2 do 3 minute. Ne pustite, da bi se začelo kaditi.

  • 4. Odstavite z ognja. Vmešajte lecitin in naravne arome, dokler se popolnoma ne razpršijo in zmes ne postane sijoča ter enotna.
