Koreansk BBQ-fläskskål

En enkel koreansk BBQ-rätt med fläsk som består av mör fläskkarré eller sidfläsk täckt av en sötsalt marinad, avslutad med sesamolja, sesamfrön och salladslök. Den liknar i hög grad en koreansk fläskrätt i bulgogi-stil.

    Instruktioner


  • 1. Marinera fläsket med den koreanska BBQ-marinaden i minst 15 minuter, eller längre för djupare smak.

  • 2. Hetta upp en stekpanna eller grillpanna på medelhög till hög värme.

  • 3. Tillaga fläsket tills det fått fin färg och är genomstekt, rör om eller vänd vid behov.

  • 4. Tillsätt sesamoljan på slutet och vänd runt så att allt täcks.

  • 5. Toppa med sesamfrön och skivad salladslök före servering.
