Rostad potatis

En enkel potatisrätt där potatisen vänds i olja och salt och sedan rostas i ugn eller steks i panna tills den är mjuk och lätt krispig. Detta är en grundläggande kryddad potatisrätt snarare än ett mer specifikt klassiskt recept.

  • Potatis 130 g

  • Vegetabilisk olja 18 g

  • Salt 2 g


  • Instruktioner
  • 1. Värm ugnen till 220 °C, eller hetta upp en stekpanna på medelhög till hög värme om du tillagar i panna.

  • 2. Skär potatisen i jämnstora bitar.

  • 3. Blanda potatisen med den vegetabiliska oljan och saltet tills allt är jämnt täckt.

  • 4. Fördela på en bakplåt i ett enda lager, eller lägg i den heta stekpannan.

  • 5. Tillaga tills potatisen är mjuk och gyllene, och vänd den då och då för jämn bryning.

  • 6. Servera varm.
