  • Paraan


  • 1. Ilagay ang sauté pan sa katamtamang init. Idagdag ang pinaghalong bell pepper, sibuyas, at celery at painitin sa loob ng 2 minuto, hinahalo nang tuluy-tuloy, hanggang maging mabango at bahagyang lumambot ngunit hindi mamula.

  • 2. Idagdag ang manok at/o sausage at lutuin sa loob ng 2 minuto, hinahalo ang mga piraso kasama ng mga gulay hanggang uminit ang ibabaw at ang halo ay umamoy na malasa at buo ang lasa.

  • 3. Idagdag ang nilutong kanin at marahang ihalo sa kawali sa loob ng 2 minuto, dinudurog ang anumang buo-buong kumpol gamit ang kutsara. Dapat maghiwa-hiwalay nang malinis ang mga butil at sumipsip ng aroma ng mga gulay at karne.

  • 4. Ibuhos ang sabaw na pampalasa na may kamatis at ipagpatuloy ang marahang paghahalo sa loob ng 1 hanggang 2 minuto, hanggang ang kanin ay pantay na mabalutan at uminit nang husto.
