  • 2.75 g 酸奶 舀入盛器底部。抹平成均匀的一层。

  • 3. 在酸奶上加入一半温热的燕麦,约 50 g。均匀铺开,使这一层保持清晰分明。

  • 4.50 g 莓果 中的一半撒在燕麦上。水果应明显停留在表面,而不是完全下沉。

  • 5. 再加入剩余的 75 g 酸奶,铺成平滑的一层,然后放上剩余的燕麦和莓果,保持顶部整洁且平衡。

  • 6. 食用前静置 2 分钟。最终口感应是底部冰凉顺滑,上层有柔软的燕麦与依然新鲜完整的莓果。
