  • 做法


  • 1. 将水和糖放入小号平底锅中。置于中火上,持续搅拌 3 到 4 分钟,直到糖完全溶解、液体变得清澈即可。不要煮沸。

  • 2. 离火后让糖浆冷却 5 分钟。加入柑橘成分前,糖浆应保持温热而非滚烫。

  • 3. 拌入浓缩柠檬汁和天然香料,搅拌至完全融合。液体应有明显的柠檬香气,口感干净、甜润且酸度鲜明。

  • 4. 将柠檬饮通过细网筛过滤到干净的搅拌碗中,再借助漏斗装入瓶中。立即密封并冷藏至彻底冰凉,至少 2 小时。
