Inleiding

  • Metode


  • 1. Verhit die mielietortillas in 'n droë pan oor medium hitte vir 20 tot 30 sekondes per kant, net totdat hulle buigsaam en lig geurig is. Hou hulle warm en soepel; hulle moet nie uitdroog of bros word nie.

  • 2. Verhit die gekruide beesvleis weer in dieselfde pan oor medium hitte vir 2 tot 3 minute, roer een of twee keer, totdat dit deurwarm en lig glansend is. Die beesvleis moet klam, samehangend en eweredig verhit wees.

  • 3. Plaas die tortillas op 'n skoon bord en verdeel die beesvleis eweredig tussen hulle. Hou die vulsel in die middel sodat die tacos hul vorm behou.

  • 4. Verdeel die blaarslaai oor die beesvleis en voeg dan die tamatie in 'n egalige laag by. Die groente moet vars en onderskeibaar bly, nie saamgepers nie.

  • 5. Rond af met die kaas en skep dan die salsa bo-oor in 'n beheerde streep of klein lepeltjies sodat die tacos gebalanseerd en maklik om te eet bly.

  • 6. Bedien onmiddellik terwyl die tortillas warm is en die kontras tussen warm vulsel en koel garnering op sy skerpste is.
