  • 2. Meng die gemaalde tuna, mayonnaise en sprietuie in ’n aparte bak. Vou net totdat die tuna liggies gebind is en eweredig gegeur lyk. Die mengsel moet sag saamhou sonder om pap te word.


  • 3. Sny die nori in klein reghoeke of vierkante wat geskik is vir handrol-happies. Hou die stukke droog en bros tot op die laaste oomblik.
