Jednoduchá bramborová zeleninová směs na pánvi

Rustikální bramborová a zeleninová směs připravovaná na pánvi z brambor, mrkve a cibule, jednoduše ochucená solí a černým pepřem. Je to jednoduchá slaná příloha nebo lehké jídlo.

  • Brambory 180 g

  • Mrkev 70 g

  • Cibule 50 g

  • Rostlinný olej 15 g

  • Sůl 3 g

  • Černý pepř 2 g

    Postup


  • 1. Brambory a mrkev oloupejte a nakrájejte na malé, stejnoměrné kousky. Cibuli nakrájejte na tenké plátky.

  • 2. Ve pánvi rozehřejte rostlinný olej na středním ohni.

  • 3. Přidejte cibuli a opékejte 2 až 3 minuty, dokud nezměkne.

  • 4. Přidejte brambory a mrkev, poté osolte a opepřete černým pepřem.

  • 5. Vařte za občasného míchání 15 až 20 minut, dokud zelenina nezměkne a lehce nezezlátne.

  • 6. Podávejte horké.
