Okse- og kartoffelgryde

  • Oksekød, 150 g

  • Kartofler, 120 g

  • Gulerødder, 60 g

  • Løg, 40 g

  • Brun sauce, 40 g

  • Vegetabilsk olie, 8 g

  • Salt, 1 g

  • Sort peber, 1 g

    Fremgangsmåde


  • 1. Varm den vegetabilske olie op i en gryde ved middel varme.

  • 2. Tilsæt løgene, og steg dem, til de er bløde.

  • 3. Tilsæt oksekødet, og brun det let på alle sider.

  • 4. Rør kartofler og gulerødder i.

  • 5. Hæld den brune sauce i, og smag derefter til med salt og sort peber.

  • 6. Læg låg på, og lad det simre forsigtigt, indtil oksekødet er mørt, og grøntsagerne er gennemkogte.

  • 7. Server varm.
