Röstkartoffeln

Eine einfache klassische Beilage aus Kartoffeln, die im Ofen goldbraun und knusprig geröstet und dann mit Salz und schwarzem Pfeffer gewürzt werden. Die aufgeführten Zutaten deuten auf eine einfache Zubereitung von Ofenkartoffeln hin.

  • Kartoffeln, 160 g

  • Pflanzenöl, 9 g

  • Salz, 1 g

  • Schwarzer Pfeffer, 0 g


  • Gesamtgewicht: 170 g

    Zubereitung


  • 1. Den Backofen auf 220 °C vorheizen.

  • 2. Die Kartoffeln in gleich große Stücke oder Spalten schneiden.

  • 3. Die Kartoffeln mit Pflanzenöl, Salz und schwarzem Pfeffer vermengen.

  • 4. In einer einzelnen Schicht auf einem Backblech verteilen.

  • 5. 30 bis 40 Minuten rösten, dabei einmal wenden, bis sie goldbraun und knusprig sind.

  • 6. Heiß servieren.
