Old Fashioned

Un cóctel clásico de whiskey que se prepara mezclando whiskey con sirope simple y bitters, y luego expresando una piel de naranja por encima. Se sirve con hielo en un vaso old fashioned.

Ingredientes


  • Whiskey 60 ml

  • Sirope simple 10 ml

  • Bitters Angostura 2 ml

  • Piel de naranja 2 g

  • Hielo 106 g


  • Total: 180 g

    Instrucciones


  • 1. Añade el whiskey, el sirope simple y los bitters Angostura a un vaso mezclador.

  • 2. Llénalo con hielo y remueve hasta que esté bien frío.

  • 3. Cuela en un vaso old fashioned sobre hielo fresco.

  • 4. Expresa la piel de naranja sobre la bebida y luego úsala como decoración.
