Boisson au jus d’orange

Une boisson sucrée à l’orange, préparée à partir d’eau, de concentré de jus d’orange et de purée d’orange, équilibrée avec de l’acide citrique et des stabilisants. Elle se sert de préférence bien fraîche.

  • Eau 74 g

  • Sucre 20 g

  • Concentré de jus d’orange 8 g

  • Purée d’orange 6 g

  • Acide citrique 1 g

  • Arôme naturel 0.5 g

  • Stabilisants 0.5 g

    Instructions
  • 1. Mélangez l’eau et le sucre dans un récipient de mélange et remuez jusqu’à dissolution complète du sucre.

  • 2. Ajoutez le concentré de jus d’orange, la purée d’orange, l’acide citrique, l’arôme naturel et les stabilisants.

  • 3. Mélangez soigneusement jusqu’à obtenir une préparation lisse et homogène.

  • 4. Réfrigérez avant de servir.
