  • Pommes de terre 135 g

  • Huile végétale 13 g

  • Sel 2 g


  • Instructions


  • 1. Épluchez les pommes de terre si vous le souhaitez, puis coupez-les en bâtonnets réguliers.

  • 2. Rincez les pommes de terre et séchez-les soigneusement.

  • 3. Faites chauffer l'huile végétale dans une friteuse ou une casserole profonde jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit bien chaude.

  • 4. Faites frire les pommes de terre jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient dorées et croustillantes.

  • 5. Égouttez bien, puis assaisonnez immédiatement avec le sel.

  • 6. Servez chaud.
