Pommes de terre rôties

Un plat simple à base de pommes de terre, préparé en les enrobant d’huile et de sel, puis en les rôtissant au four ou en les cuisant à la poêle jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient tendres et légèrement croustillantes. Il s’agit d’une préparation de base de pommes de terre assaisonnées plutôt que d’une recette classique plus spécifique.

  • Pommes de terre 130 g

  • Huile végétale 18 g

  • Sel 2 g


  • Instructions
  • 1. Préchauffez le four à 220°C, ou faites chauffer une poêle à feu moyen-vif si vous les cuisez à la poêle.

  • 2. Coupez les pommes de terre en morceaux réguliers de la taille d’une bouchée.

  • 3. Mélangez les pommes de terre avec l’huile végétale et le sel jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient uniformément enrobées.

  • 4. Étalez-les sur une plaque de cuisson en une seule couche, ou ajoutez-les dans la poêle chaude.

  • 5. Faites cuire jusqu’à ce que les pommes de terre soient tendres et dorées, en les retournant de temps en temps pour une coloration uniforme.
