Salade de fruits frais variés

Une simple salade de fruits frais préparée avec de l’orange, de la pomme, du kiwi et de la prune. Elle est meilleure servie bien fraîche et dégustée comme collation légère ou dessert.

Ingrédients


  • Orange, pelée et en quartiers : 200 g

  • Pomme, coupée en dés : 220 g

  • Kiwi, pelé et tranché : 140 g

  • Prune, dénoyautée et tranchée : 200 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Lavez soigneusement tous les fruits.

  • 2. Pelez l’orange et le kiwi.

  • 3. Retirez le cœur de la pomme et enlevez les noyaux des prunes.

  • 4. Coupez tous les fruits en morceaux de la taille d’une bouchée.

  • 5. Mélangez-les dans un bol et remuez délicatement.

  • 6. Servez immédiatement, ou réfrigérez brièvement avant de servir.
