  • 1. Zagrijte kukuruzne tortilje u suhoj tavi na srednje jakoj vatri 20 do 30 sekundi sa svake strane, samo dok ne postanu savitljive i lagano zamirišu. Održavajte ih toplima i podatnima; ne smiju se osušiti niti postati hrskave.

  • 2. Podgrijte začinjenu govedinu u istoj tavi na srednje jakoj vatri 2 do 3 minute, jednom ili dvaput promiješajte, dok ne bude potpuno vruća i lagano sjajna. Govedina treba biti sočna, kompaktna i ravnomjerno zagrijana.

  • 3. Stavite tortilje na čist tanjur i ravnomjerno rasporedite govedinu među njima. Neka nadjev ostane u sredini kako bi tacosi zadržali oblik.

  • 4. Rasporedite zelenu salatu preko govedine, zatim dodajte rajčicu u ravnomjernom sloju. Povrće treba ostati svježe i jasno odvojeno, ne stisnuto.
