Ova verzija čuva iskrenost forme, a pritom usavršava njezinu ravnotežu, tako da meso ostaje u središtu, a dodaci pridonose svježini umjesto težini.   • Pecivo za hamburger, 70 g

  • Zelena salata, 10 g

  • Rajčica, 15 g, narezana na ploške

  • Postupak


  • 1. Pripremite povrće. Odvojite zelenu salatu na čist list ili uredne komade. Rajčicu narežite na jednake ploške, a luk na što tanje ploške. Održavajte ih suhima i hrskavima.


  • 2. Zagrijte pecivo. Prerežite pecivo za hamburger i stavite prerezane strane u suhu tavu na srednje jakoj vatri na 1 do 2 minute, samo dok se lagano ne prepeku i ne postanu tople na dodir. Sredina treba ostati mekana, dok prerezana površina poprimi blagu zlatnu boju.


  • 3. Ispecite goveđu pljeskavicu. Stavite tavu na srednje jaku do jaku vatru. Stavite goveđu pljeskavicu u tavu i pecite 3 do 4 minute s prve strane, zatim okrenite i pecite 2 do 3 minute s druge strane. Vanjština treba biti dobro zapečena, sredina potpuno pečena, a pljeskavica i dalje sočna kada je lagano pritisnete.


  • 4. Složite hamburger. Donju polovicu peciva stavite na tanjur. Dodajte zelenu salatu, zatim rajčicu, pa luk. Na vrh stavite vruću goveđu pljeskavicu tako da toplina lagano omekša povrće ispod nje. Završite gornjom polovicom peciva.

    Poslužite odmah na jednostavnom tanjuru, s uredno poravnanim pecivom i nadjevom koji je zadržan na mjestu, a ne stisnut. Gotov hamburger treba biti uravnotežen, topao i urednog izgleda, s povrćem vidljivim uz rub.
