Rajčice, zrele, narezane na kockice: 100 g

Sir, sitno nariban: 50 g

Postupak



  • 1. Zagrijte pećnicu na 190°C. Lagano zagrijte posudu za pečenje u pećnici dok pripremate sastojke; vruća posuda pomaže da se jelo ravnomjerno stegne uz rubove.


  • 2. Stavite zobene pahuljice u mali lončić sa 120 g vode. Zakuhajte do laganog vrenja na srednje jakoj vatri i kuhajte 4 do 5 minuta, često miješajući, dok zobene pahuljice ne upiju vodu i ne stvore gustu podlogu koja se može zagrabiti žlicom. Maknite s vatre.


  • 3. Dodajte špinat u vruće zobene pahuljice i miješajte 30 do 45 sekundi, samo dok ne uvene i ne postane sjajan. Umiješajte rajčice i kratko promiješajte kako bi se ravnomjerno rasporedile, a da se pritom potpuno ne raspadnu.


  • 4. Žlicom rasporedite smjesu od zobenih pahuljica u toplu posudu za pečenje i poravnajte stražnjom stranom žlice. Na vrh stavite losos u jednom komadu. Ovdje se ne dodaju začini; okus jela treba ostati čist i izravan.


  • 5. Ravnomjerno rasporedite sir preko lososa i vidljive površine smjese od zobenih pahuljica. Pecite 18 do 20 minuta, dok se sir ne otopi i mjestimice lagano ne porumeni, rajčice ne zapjene uz rubove, a losos ne postane neproziran do sredine, uz tek blagu prozirnost na najdebljem dijelu.


  • 6. Izvadite iz pećnice i ostavite da odstoji 3 minute. Jelo bi se trebalo slegnuti u čvrstu, povezanu teksturu koja se može rezati, a ne ostati poput rastresenca.
